GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

🎪 What is the Westside Together Spring Auction?
The Westside Together Spring Auction is our biggest fundraising event of the year! It’s a night of community, celebration, and generosity, featuring exciting auction items, delicious food, and plenty of fun—all in support of Westside School.

When and where is Westside Together?
The event will take place on Saturday, April 5, at the South Seattle College Brockey Center. Doors open at 5:00pm.

Food & Drinks
Enjoy dinner, drinks - crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and a dessert dash. Expect your favorite circus treats too! Please make note of your food preferences when you purchase tickets.

What should I wear?
Tonight's the night to clown around or shimmer - vintage circus is ringmaster, clown, acrobat, lion-tamer, mystic, or a dress that is cotton-candy pink, or come as a member of the circus audience ready to play some games on the midway - whatever makes you feel the most luminous, festive, and ready for a night of fun!

TICKETS & SEATING

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, February 25. Be sure to grab yours by Friday, March 21 before they disappear like a magician’s trick!

Will there be assigned seating?
Yes! You can request to sit at a specific grade level or with specific friends when purchasing your tickets, or we’ll match you with a fantastic group of fellow Westside families. Tables seat 10.

How much are tickets and is there a discounted option?

Single: $125

Couple: $250

Buy a Table (Seats 10): $1,500

• Buying a table includes 10 tickets for you and your guests.
• Buying a table guarantees your choice of who you want at your table.
• Buying a table donates two tickets, which is tax deductible
• Buying a table allows you to choose your location - by the stage or closer to the bar? Your choice!

Sliding Scale Discounted Rate: $62.50

Tickets are inclusive of all food, beverages, and entertainment.

AUCTION & FUNDRAISING

How does the auction work?
There will be both silent and live auctions featuring incredible items and experiences available to purchase and bid on. The silent auction takes place at the beginning of the evening during our cocktail and games hour. The live auction and raise-the-paddle for tuition assistance will happen during our sit-down dinner!

What is Westside fundraising for?

All donations made to Westside Together go to the Tuition Assistance Program, which ensures a quality of education for every student at Westside School. Your support helps break down barriers so that anyone can receive a Westside education, regardless of financial circumstances. The Tuition Assistance Program is crucial and will allow us to meet the increase in requests for tuition assistance. For the 2024-2025 academic year 21% of students, approximately 80 students, received financial support totaling $1,109,800. Westside commits 10% of its budget to tuition assistance. We are asking our families and friends to come together for a fun evening of comradery and community in support of Westside and the amazing students who learn here every day. 

In whatever capacity that is meaningful for your family, we hope you will consider making a gift to help Westside meet our goal.

OTHER FUN & LOGISTICS

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! Your ticket includes a sit-down dinner and drinks to keep you fueled for all the excitement. Tickets are inclusive of all food and beverage. 

Where should I park?
Parking is available at no cost. Attendees can find the parking map here. Parking is available in the south parking lots for students and visitors. Westside Together is located where it says JMB on the map and there will be signs to guide our guests. 

Can I bring my kids?
