Start the evening on the Midway, where you can sign up for exciting buy-in parties or try your luck at a variety of circus games for a chance to win fantastic prizes generously donated by local businesses and supporters—no gimmicks here! Don’t miss the opportunity to buy a raffle ticket, have your fortune read, or take part in other fun surprises we have planned.
Later, we’ll gather for a delectable sit-down dinner and live auction, where you can bid on incredible experiences and one-of-a-kind items—all in support of our school. Cap off the night by dashing for some irresistible desserts!
WHAT YOU'RE SUPPORTING
All donations made to Westside Together go to the Tuition Assistance Program, which ensures a quality of education for every student at Westside School. Your support helps break down barriers so that anyone can receive a Westside education, regardless of financial circumstances. The Tuition Assistance Program is crucial and will allow us to meet the increase in requests for tuition assistance. For the 2024-2025 academic year 21% of students, approximately 80 students, received financial support totaling $1,109,800. Westside commits 10% of its budget to tuition assistance. We are asking our families and friends to come together for a fun evening of comradery and community in support of Westside and the amazing students who learn here every day.
In whatever capacity that is meaningful for your family, we hope you will consider making a gift to help Westside meet our goal.
FOOD & DRINKS
Enjoy dinner, drinks - crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and a dash for dessert. Expect your favorite circus treats too! Please make note of your food preferences when you purchase tickets.
ATTIRE
Tonight's the night to clown around or shimmer - vintage circus is ringmaster, clown, acrobat, lion-tamer, mystic, or a dress that is cotton-candy pink, or come as a member of the circus audience ready to play some games on the midway - whatever makes you feel the most luminous, festive, and ready for a night of fun!

Can you join our joyful menagerie? Whether you're a juggler, tightrope walker, organizer, singer, or simply ready to lend a hand with procurement or decorating, there's a place for you! Join the Westside Together Committee and help bring the magic to life.
