What Is a Buy-In Party?
A buy-in party is a hosted experience where community members purchase a spot to attend. The host chooses the theme, date, location, and number of guests, and attendees “buy in” at a set price to participate.
Think of it as a party with a purpose—a chance to spend time together, meet other families, and support Westside all at the same time.
Buy-in parties often take place after the auction throughout the spring, summer, and fall. They can be adults-only, family-friendly, or just for kids. The possibilities are endless!
Why Host?
Hosting a buy-in party is a great way to:
-
Bring the Westside community together
-
Share something you love with others
-
Create memorable experiences for families
-
Support Tuition Assistance in a meaningful way
Many hosts team up with friends or other families to make planning easier and even more fun.
