What should I wear?

Western style, Westside spirit. Think modern ranch vibes. Denim, boots, a button-down, or a spring dress all fit right in. Come comfortable and ready to mingle.

What’s included with my ticket?

Dinner + beverages + full access to the evening’s festivities (auction, raffles, buy-ins, paddle raise), dancing, and parking.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

The buffet will include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. There will be plenty of variety for everyone, so you do not need to notify us in advance. If you have additional dietary needs or specific concerns, please email email Robin Graham at robing@westsideschool.org.

Will there be non-alcoholic beverages available?

We’ll have plenty to quench every thirst! Alongside our beer and other adult options, a full selection of non-alcoholic drinks will be available for all guests. Saddle up and sip to your heart’s content. This event is 21+ because alcohol is being served. Please contact Shoshannahh@westsideschool.org for the Westside Babysitters List.

How does parking work?

Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We have several parking garages, some with security available to us thanks to SASS. More details closer to the event. Other transportation welcome - carpool, uber, & bus are all options.

Is the venue accessible?

Stoup Brewing - Capitol Hill is wheelchair accessible. The taproom has a ramped entrance on Broadway, and accessible tables are available on the main floor. The mezzanine level is only accessible by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. All auction-related activities will take place on the main floor to ensure full participation. The mezzanine will remain open as an informal hangout space, but no official event programming will occur there.

Can I attend if ticket cost is a hardship?

Yes, participation matters most. There is a reduced cost ticket for those who need it.

Can I donate if I can’t attend?

Absolutely. You can support Tuition Assistance directly on the ticket page! After the event, there will be the ability to sign up for buy-in parties and teacher experiences that still have room.

Are you accepting items for donation?

This year, Westside Together will feature a Live Auction, raffles, and game prizes only (no Silent Auction) — so we are focusing on distinctive, high-impact donations.

We’re especially seeking:

  • Washington vacation home stays

  • Unique experiences or hosted gatherings

  • Gift cards

  • Raffle prizes

  • Items that help build themed packages

Experiences are the highlight of the evening. If it feels special or memorable, it’s likely a great fit.

Ready to contribute? Visit our Item Donation Page to complete the form, or email Robin Graham at robing@westsideschool.org. Physical items can be dropped off at the Front Desk (Attn: Robin Graham).

What if I bought tickets and can’t make it?

Because ticket sales help offset the cost of the event, we do not offer refunds. However, we can transfer a ticket to another person if you would like.

Who do I contact with questions?

For questions, please contact Robin Graham at robing@westsideschool.org.

THANK YOU TO OUR GENEROUS SPONSORS!
