Donations Welcome!

If you’re so inclined, Westside is currently seeking donations for this year’s event - especially Washington-based vacation home stays, standout Live Auction packages, raffle prizes, and items that help us build unforgettable themed experiences. This year, we are focusing exclusively on a Live Auction, raffle, and game prizes (no Silent Auction). That means we’re looking for distinctive, high-impact items that can truly be headliners at the hoedown - or special pieces that help elevate a larger package.

Do you have:

• A vacation home in the San Juans or elsewhere in Washington?
• A great bottle of wine?
• An experience or gift card you’ll never use?
• A unique skill or connection that could become an experience?

Experiences and themed packages are the real magic-makers of the night. For example, if we’re building a Live Auction package around a Pizza Party, a never-used pizza stone, apron, or pizza-making kit from Sur La Table could help us create a fantastic companion basket that takes the item to the next level.Physical items can be dropped off to the Front Desk (Attn: Robin Graham). If your donation isn't selected for the auction, it may be used to celebrate teachers or volunteers at an upcoming Westside event - still a wonderful way to give back! If you'd prefer your item returned instead, please reach out to robing@westsideschool.org.
