Welcome to Westside Summer Camp 2012 Registration

Registration for each camp program requires a refundable $50 deposit. We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, full payment or enrollment in a payment plan will be required at that time to keep your space in camp.

If you are interested in financial assistance register for all camp programs you would like to attend, then contact our
business office (juliej@westsideschool.org) to apply. If the assistance we are able to offer does not make camp affordable for you your full deposit will be refunded.

Should you need to cancel your camp registration please email our Camp Coordinator, Tara Potter (tarap@westsideschool.org). Refunds will be given as follows. For Cancellations made on or before March 15th, full refund will be given. Cancellations on or before April 1st 2/3 refund will be given. Cancellations on or before May 15th 1/3 refund will be given. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 15th.
