Tuition Assistance impacts the quality of education for the entire school. A robust Tuition Assistance Program allows Westside School to cultivate a student body of the highest caliber, with students who are engaged and elevate the educational experience of their peers. One in four Westside families receives tuition assistance.

Westside School Teacher Excellence Fund

Westside boasts a remarkable faculty, distinguished by their commitment to lifelong learning. The Teacher Excellence Fund is aimed directly at supporting teachers through sustained, research-based professional development that will help connect the best practices of teaching directly to our student’s experience in the classroom.  The Westside Teacher Excellence fund recognizes that the most important factor in developing a world class education for students is the faculty who work with them. 

Funds raised will establish a paid faculty Summer Learning Institute that provides deep dives into the innovations of contemporary teaching.  Additionally, the fund will help create time, spaces and, ultimately, grants for faculty collaboration and curriculum planning.
