Hiking and Climbing
An all day adventure camp for Middle Schoolers that includes rock climbing, hiking, yoga and playing in the nature of Western Washington. This camp will be led by Jeremy Luscher and Lauren Salazar. Both Jeremy and Lauren are Wilderness First Responders and CPR certified, Lauren is a certified Kripalu and Power Yoga Teacher. For days involving rock climbing we will work with a professional rock climbing guide who will provide rock site management and necessary equipment. Cost includes a t-shirt and water bottle.
Note: While this is a stand-alone experience that will excite and challenge anyone who signs up, it is also the perfect way to prepare older kids for the leadership roles they'll take up in Wolfpack Adventures camps throughout the summer. For more information about the Wolfpack Adventures camps, see the listing in Week 2 through Week 6. The capstone experience for a Wolfpack tween or teen will be the Week 7 overnight wilderness excursions.

Bollywood Dance
Bollywood is a huge film industry (similar to Hollywood). This is a super fun dance style which is a fusion of indian classical dance, folk dance, and hiphop. It may involve some sort of props such as sunglasses, or colorful scarves. It is quite a fun way to burn calories and learn a choreographed Hindi song. Kids will showcase their performance at the end of the week.

Pedals and Gears
The focus of this bike camp is outdoor fun with an emphasis on becoming safe and skillful bike-riders. We'll cover the rudiments of bike maintenance and safety and will ride bike trails as a group with a variety of destinations. Campers will need to bring their own bikes, locks, helmets, and water bottles. Reflective vests will be provided for any rides that might encounter automobiles. In lieu of an age requirement, the prerequisite for this week of adventures is that children must be able to cycle a continuous mile.
